You will be responsible for various tasks within the grocery store environment, including food service, sales, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons. Assist customers with their inquiries and guide them through product selections. Operate the Aloha POS system for cash handling and transactions. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in grocery store or food service environments is preferred. Strong sales skills with an emphasis on upselling techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
