Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve monthly and quarterly goals Follow up with customers, set appointments, meet with clients, sell vehicles Work with lenders to obtain financing Finalize sales paperwork Manage contracts in transit and expedite funding Maintain customer satisfaction Plan your schedule and use time wisely to maximize efficiency Utilize CRM and other tools necessary to be successful in Automotive Retail Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in retail sales and outbound sales techniques Ability to negotiate and manage a sales pipeline effectively Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management Experience in upselling and high-end sales strategies
