The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities Be a key player in our on-the-ground sales team. Greet new customers (independent retail stores) warmly and introduce them to RepRally. Provide knowledgeable advice on our current catalogue, including emerging brands and our lucrative store incentives. Complete sales with customers . Utilize the RepRally app to process transactions and collect store data. Manage the health of (and grow) your new book of business. RepRally provides a number of tools to help you do so. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. Collaborate with team members at RepRally’s headquarters to achieve sales goals. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Skills Professional sales experience is strongly preferred. We welcome individuals with multiple spoken languages to tend to our diverse base of customers. A self-starter mindset that will allow you to quickly adopt the RepRally app. We provide many written and video resources for you to become accustomed to our sales processes. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary. A basic understanding of traditional sales earnings structures driven by commissions and bonuses. Proven experience in B2B sales, showcasing an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
