Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service by warmly greeting and assisting customers with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system while ensuring order accuracy. Enhance the customer experience by promoting and upselling additional items from our menu. Prepare, handle, and serve food items in strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols. Assist with various culinary tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization, including bussing tables and keeping dining areas spotless. Handle cash transactions, ensuring strict compliance with cash handling procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work harmoniously within a team. Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting and effectively prioritize tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
