In this fast-paced role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and help travelers have a positive shopping experience. You’ll be working in a dynamic airport environment, interacting with people from around the world. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and handle returns Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced Stay informed about promotions, sales, and airport regulations Comply with all airport security and safety policies Replenish merchandise and monitor inventory levels Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals Provide product knowledge to customers and upsell when appropriate Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous airport retail or customer service experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must be able to pass airport security background checks Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and computer skills Join us in shaping the future of fashion by bringing your creativity and passion for design to our team!
