Candidates must have strong communication skills and an ability to make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify client needs, answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions. Attendance:

Must be able to locate, identify, and provide insight to all products, merchandise and services, in accordance with our company objectives Able to appropriately communicate with other departments when needed, following the proper chain of command. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers through the hemp bar experience Provide accurate knowledge to trainees/guests Follows all safety procedures when it comes to serving safely and responsibly to guests Provides consistent engagement, walkthroughs, drink mixing, and live product showings to guests Answer guest questions about specific products and cannabinoids knowledge Cross-sell products Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked Set up drink stations, displays and full bar experience Have all cleaning supplies available and in stock Coordinate with your location management team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers of discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the store manager Stay up to date with new products/services/devices and drink offerings/seasonal menus Cash handling procedures Minor inventory responsibilities Opening and closing duties Completion of cleaning duties and sanitation procedures including drink stations and maintenance/reporting Provide all waste log information to the GM to log Team member training Skills Previous work experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, bartender, or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process and basic cannabinoid knowledge Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures (FIFO) Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Benefits Employee discount Commission and tips Health Insurance – Full Time only PTO reward incentives Offer The entry wage for the Lounge Associate position is $13 per hour, with a training period of 60 days followed by a performance review for evaluation.
