is landing in Chattanooga, and we’re assembling a dynamic Street Team to help us make contact in style. As a Street Team Member , you’ll be the face of our brand at pop-ups, community events, and city-wide activations. You’ll spark curiosity, generate buzz, and share the vision of our immersive experience with the world—one meaningful interaction at a time. This isn’t just a job—it’s a cosmic calling to represent a brand that’s bold, transformative, and unlike anything Chattanooga has seen before. Key Responsibilities Engage the public with energy, authenticity, and deep knowledge of our brand. Share stories, spark conversations, and create memorable guest experiences. Assist with setup and breakdown of events and promotional activations. Distribute promotional materials and merchandise. Gather public feedback and share insights with the marketing team. Represent the brand professionally while having fun doing it. Requirements Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license or state ID. Comfortable engaging with the public in high-energy environments. Available on weekends and evenings as needed. Previous promotional, marketing, or customer service experience preferred. Passion for music, art, cannabis culture, or immersive experiences is a plus. Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying event materials. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of event settings.
