As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our wide selection of new and used vehicles. This is an individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our vehicles Identify and understand customer needs to assist in vehicle selection and offer solutions Conduct test drives and negotiate sales prices Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, incentives, and financing options Complete sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals

Requirements:
