Role:

Launch Point Inc. is hiring a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Trainee to join our Knoxville sales team! This is a face-to-face, in-person role working in retail partner locations promoting and selling nationally recognized telecommunications products. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to grow your experience in sales, we provide a structured training environment and hands-on experience to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Attend daily in-office sales meetings and product training Travel locally to partnered retail stores Approach customers and explain service offerings Generate new customer sales and assist with account sign-ups Deliver excellent customer service and represent client brands professionally Track sales performance and meet daily/weekly targets

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to commute to meetings and local retail stores Strong communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter mentality with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take feedback Must be able to work weekends and retail hours (no shifts past 9 PM)
