Retail Sales Associate Rick Terry Jewelry Designs 11320 Kingston Pike, Farragut, TN 37934 Our team is growing! If you would enjoy helping people select or design their perfect jewelry item, consider joining us. As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers. Some of your responsibilities will include educating customers on product details, assisting with selections, processing sales, and maintaining the sales floor. You’ll also stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and participate in product training to ensure you’re always offering the best possible customer experience. Our hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. We are closed on Sunday. We understand that work/life balance is important so we offer flexible scheduling. Full-time and part-time schedules are offered. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills; enthusiastic and personable, never pushy Excellent communication skills including in-person, text, phone calls, and email Excellent listening skills; ability to understand each detail involved in fulfilling the customer’s request, and then effectively communicate those details to our jewelers Experience with stocking and visual merchandising Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math Ability to operate POS systems to accurately process cash, check, and credit card sales Experience in jewelry and fast-paced customer service environments Experience working with printers, spreadsheets, Canva, Podium (or other lead-generating communications software) is a plus
