We are looking for a

FULL TIME PRINTING CENTER TEAM MEMBER

with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop) to assist customers with their shipping needs and their printing needs, provide outstanding service, and promote our print services. Duties Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols. Input and manage customer data through computerized systems, ensuring accuracy in data entry. Assist in sales initiatives by promoting products or services that meet customer needs and expectations. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Deliver outstanding client services by resolving complaints and providing solutions promptly. Provide support in various office tasks, including filing, documentation, and record keeping. Follow leadership and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues or complaints. Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately. Deliver a positive customer experience. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Willingness to train employees Responsible for Opening/Closing store following procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

3-5 years proven customer service experience required. Strong typing skills with high attention to detail (minimum 40 WPM). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accurate spelling. Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team environment. Competency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and/or Photoshop) Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely. Ability to rotate shifts and work weekends (schedule flexibility required). Work either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. Have valid drivers license and own reliable transportation. Commute no more than 20 minutes one-way to work.
