Nurse Supervisor 3p-11p 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 1540 6th Street NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881 Monday through Friday RN Supervisor position for busy skilled nursing facility. Experience with point click care preferred, but willing to train. Supervisor experience preferred. Skilled nursing experience required. High volume facility with a lot of admissions. Must be able to multitask and maintain good customer service skills. Occasional cart work may occur.
