We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure a memorable experience for our patrons.

Job Overview:

As the Manager of the Coffee Shop, you will oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring that our high standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness are consistently met. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and financial performance, while cultivating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise baristas and staff, fostering a cooperative and productive work culture.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Customer Experience :

• Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily shop operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.

Financial Management:

• Monitor sales performance and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze profitability, and identify opportunities for growth.

5.

Marketing and Community Engagement:

• Develop promotional strategies and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with local businesses and participate in community events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; experience as a barista is a plus.
• Proven experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for coffee and the coffee shop experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
