THEOPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Warehouse Site Manager to joinour team and be part of something great. We have an outstandingcareer opportunity for a driven, successful leader with at least 3years of increasing management responsibility in thedistribution/transportation fields. Successful candidates willhandle the daily management of the warehouse crew. We provideunloading services for our clients.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Runningsite with safety and efficiency as priorities Daily communicationswith associates on service levels, accountability, pay, andperformance. Creation of daily work logs and transmission of sameto corporate Audit of daily labor and billing reports Ensurecustomer needs are met on a daily basis. Document and resolve anycustomer service or associate issues daily. Ensure all associatesfollow Capstone policies and work rules including Capstone safetywork rules. Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associateparticipation. Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.

Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements.

Interview, hire, and train new associates. Supervise timely andaccurate data entry for all services performed. Complete dailycloseout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll recordadministration according to Capstone policies and standardoperating procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be very flexible withshift start times as well as days worked, including weekends andholidays. 3 years of management and leadership experience in anindustrial setting. Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouseassociates. Strong organization and prioritizing skills. Ability tosimultaneously perform multiple tasks. The ability to makedecisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct theworkforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment. Ability tomanage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and preparerelated management reports. Intermediate PC skills with knowledgeof Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent aptitude inestimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally whileconstantly multi-tasking. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Warehousing,Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred. BS/BADegree or Associate Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus butno required Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, andcustomer service skills. Proven track record in supervision ofwarehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.

Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service tointernal and external customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability tostand for long period of times. Ability to safely operate materialhandling equipment as needed.
