The Supervisor will maintain high efficiency standards and ensure accurate stocking. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead, train, coach and motivate employees to enhance productivity and maintain exceptional customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Coordinate and communicate with Retail Processing
• Forecast product and sales volume, along with staffing needs
• Create and publish the work schedule for retail employees
• Oversee the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees
• Order efficiently and effectively on a weekly basis
• Maintain high standards of storage and cleanliness within the retail space
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and daily sales reconciliation
• Ensure POS system is updated regularly and review set up on a regular basis to ensure functionality and efficient layout
• Monitor and enforce occupational safety and food safety standards and practices within team
• Direct inter-departmental needs to appropriate supervisor or manager
• Understand USDA and HACCP requirements within respective department Required Skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices
• Experience with wholesale and food services preferred
