ABOUT THE JOB
The primary responsibilities of Sales Associate/Key Holder within our boutiques consist of: Greeting & assisting guests with the exemplary customer service we’re known for Proficiency of product knowledge, with the ability to convert that understanding into effective merchandising and reaching sales goals Maintaining consistent cleanliness of boutique and organization of displays Primary days for this position are: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday The ideal qualifications for this position are: Experience in retail sales, including upselling and product demonstrations Ability to effectively use POS systems and cash registers Excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’, customer-focused attitude Sound like something you can do well? ABOUT THE PAY
Starting pay for this position is $14
- $15 / hr base pay + sales commission.
This position also includes paid training with 30-day review, paid vacation & holidays, discounts on merchandise, company-paid downtown parking and a consistent, convenient schedule.
