Morehead City, NC Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shift
• Ensure efficient and smooth workflow during the shift
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Collaborate with other shift managers to achieve overall business goals

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills to maintain order and efficiency during the shift
• Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
