We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to help guide our team, support day-to-day operations, and deliver top-tier customer service. Position Summary The Shift Lead plays a key role in ensuring smooth retail operations by supervising staff during shifts, enforcing compliance protocols, and maintaining a customer-first culture. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership potential looking to grow in the cannabis industry. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support budtenders during shifts to ensure efficient workflow Open and/or close the store in accordance with company SOPs and state compliance guidelines Ensure all transactions and operations are compliant with local and state cannabis laws Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and de-escalate when necessary Assist in inventory management, product restocking, and daily reconciliation Communicate shift updates and issues to management Support a clean, organized, and safe working environment Lead by example in upholding brand values, professionalism, and discretion Qualifications Must be 21+ years old Prior retail or cannabis industry experience preferred At least 1 -2year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role Strong knowledge of cannabis products, laws, and regulations (training provided if needed) Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
