Support the recruitment and interviewing process for new team members. Facilitate employee orientation and training programs to ensure all staff are equipped with necessary skills. Drive sales initiatives and promote wireless sales strategies to meet store targets. Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure that merchandise is displayed effectively on the sales floor. Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred. Familiarity with wireless sales is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
