Latham, NY (commutable from: Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Colonie, Saratoga Springs)
Are you an experienced HVAC Service Manager from a commercial background, looking to play a pivotal role where you can develop and grow a team, whilst shaping the department?
On offer is an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Service Manager to mold and take control of the HVAC department whilst receiving specialist on training on in house processes and software’s and oversee a team of HVAC Technician experts.

You will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC Technicians, making sure all customer and client needs are met, building and maintaining relationships with customers and making sure business is running efficiently.
This role would suit a HVAC service Manager from a commercial background with strong leadership experience, looking to widen their skill set and knowledge with the desire to come in and hit the ground running.

The Role:

Oversee a team of 5+ Technicians
Working closely with customers and clients
Ensuring all members of staff are working efficiently.

From commercial HVAC background
Strong leadership skills and experience
Vast industry experience/knowledge
