Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management, POS systems, and customer service to ensure efficient store performance. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management and team supervision Strong skills in inventory management and control Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers Excellent customer service and sales abilities Preparing and serving a variety of drinks including smoothies, fresh juices and smoothie bowls Efficient in all tasks necessary for food prep Cleaning and maintaining equipment in the smoothie bar and retail store Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to handle purchasing and stocking efficiently Knowledge of retail sales strategies and employee training techniques
