In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cash handling operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of cashiers. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise daily cash handling operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Train and mentor cashiers on best practices for customer service and cash management. Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems to facilitate smooth transactions. Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service at all times. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed. Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales performance. Requirements Proven experience in cash handling or retail sales, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of retail math and POS systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
