• check it out! A Little About What We’re Looking For As our brand continues to rapidly grow, we’re looking for a talented and motivated General Manager/ Barista to join our team! What makes our dream General Manager?
• You can jump right in and make the perfect cortado. That likely means you have 3-year (or more) experience in a specialty coffee environment, and that you can operate a manual espresso machine like La Marzocco in your sleep.
• You can dial-in mean shots and produce beautiful latte art and you’re super passionate about all-things-coffee.
• You’re fun to work with and to be around. We’d be happy to wake up early in the morning to work a shift with you, and you’ll always provide our customers with a friendly and welcoming experience.
• You have previous experience with managing inventory and doing stock count
• You can manage store stock and place orders with vendors
• You’re able to preform opening and closing shift and manage the day to day operation
• You’re proactive, invested in what you do, and take pride in your craft.
• You have availability to work weekends.
• A must have: Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate.
