We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Luxury Boutique Manager to lead our flagship store. Position Summary The Luxury Boutique Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations at Blueme’s flagship location, building and nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for wellness and fragrance, and a proven ability to drive results through leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Lead the boutique’s business growth by driving exceptional, customer-centric sales and building a strong local client pipeline Manage the in-store execution of the marketing calendar in collaboration with product development, marketing, and operations teams Coordinate and host brand activations, VIP visits, and curated experiences to enhance brand reach and boutique visibility Deliver weekly sales and inventory reports with actionable insights to cross-functional teams Hire, train, and mentor boutique staff, fostering a high-performing team culture centered on service excellence and customer engagement Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and client feedback, providing strategic recommendations to internal teams Ensure all customer service interactions align with the Blueme brand ethos—resolving issues with grace and turning challenges into opportunities for deeper client connection Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field 2-5 years of luxury retail management experience; NYC retail experience preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and create performance-driven strategies Excellent communication, leadership, and time management abilities A creative and strategic mindset with a refined eye for quality, design, and luxury branding Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and lead a team with vision and purpose What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and professional development A supportive, collaborative, and inspiring workplace environment
