Our ideal candidate will have 3 years or more experience in high volume retail, and will possess previously demonstrated experience in retail leadership. Compensation ranges from $ 65-70K based on experience and scope of duties and is a combination of base salary and commission/bonus structure.

Responsibilities:

Help to create an environment of success that will allow each team member to achieve goals Set an example of to notch customer service for all team members Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze the Sales Metrics Collaborate with the Store Manager to create, implement, and manage Performance Improvement Plans Collaborate with the store Manager to facilitate proper and effective onboarding and training experience for all new employees Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage the maintenance and upkeep of your store on a consistent basis In addition to a competitive salary, our incentive package includes: Commission Health Insurance Employee Discount Paid Sick Leave Paid Time Off Retirement Savings account with employer match.
