Job Description
Parts Runner/Facilities Tech 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars New Cumberland, PA 17070 E.K. Services, Inc. is looking for a Parts Runner. This position is responsible for traveling to warehouses and stores to obtain any parts the mechanics need to complete repairs, assisting with inventory, as well as purchasing and stocking the shop and office supplies. Additional janitorial tasks include emptying garbage and sweeping floors. Maintaining the breakroom including the vending machines and cleaning and sanitizing the ice machine quarterly.

Minimum Qualifications:
Regularly stand for long periods of time Able to bend, stoop, climb, reach Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds repeatedly Work in an outdoor or shop environment General knowledge of cleaning standards utilizing tools such as brooms, shovels, rakes, etc. Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment (post-offer) drug screen, background, & motor vehicle records check Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities and Duties:
Must have physical strength and flexibility to complete assigned job tasks Moving and sorting parts in shop Sweeping shop, sidewalks and wash bays Picking up garbage at the facility and along the road General cleaning and maintaining work environment in the shop or other assigned areas Deliver equipment and parts to customer locations in a timely and professional manner Pick up various equipment and supplies from regional supplier Maintain delivery vehicle Inventory / Stock incoming parts in warehouse / delivery vehicle Maintain office, shop, warehouse, tool room, restrooms, and grounds Maintain a professional appearance and decorum at all times Assist Manager(s) in shop / warehouse / field as needed
