Sales Assistant Greenyard Logistics 1991 74th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32966 Position Overview The main focus of this position is to assist the Sales Team in managing and assisting the sale of produce. This encompasses many tasks such as entering orders in the company ERP system, maintaining order information, organizing data in excel, filing orders, collections, and follow-through on transmissions to the pertinent parties, as well as general office duties as it pertains to the Sales Team. This position has dialog with customers, packinghouse staff and transportation firms to make sure the order is filled properly and arrives timely to customer location. Clear, concise communication is needed to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction. The support continues with many follow-through tasks, including trouble shooting, working towards resolutions and always keeping the Sales Team aware of progress through clear communication. This position is the facilitator to see the order from conception to delivery (A-Z), including collections of the sale. This position reports directly to the Sales Support Supervisor and is a fluid position meaning workdays and hours may fluctuate from time to time. Essential Job Functions

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the produce industry, including inventory management and logistics, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Standard office hours, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM.
- May require occasional overtime during peak seasons or as needed to support sales activities.
- This position may involve light physical activity such as packing materials and organizing files. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
- Must be in person, in the office daily.
Not a remote position.
