Retail Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential customers face-to-face to guide them through the full sales cycle process Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, articulating features and benefits of home improvement services aligned with individual customer needs Achieve retail sales goals by following a defined sales and customer service process in line with our retail partner’s policies Provide expert service recommendations that meet customer renovation, design, installation, and home improvement requirements Greet customers with a warm and inviting demeanor Embrace constructive feedback from management to enhance sales and customer service skills

Retail Sales Assistant Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent communication skills Flexible availability for retail hours A student mentality with a strong desire to learn Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services, or related industries Motivated by achieving sales targets, meeting deadlines, and surpassing goals

Commission Based•On average, representatives earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)

Job Locations:

Main office location and retail store locations in Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, Chester, and surrounding areas as assigned.

Clients & Products:

Promote Home Improvement services including renovations and remodeling, design services, product and appliance upgrades and installation, and other home enhancements
