This role requires a strongtechnical background, excellent communication skills, and a provenability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute salesstrategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within themanufacturing sector. Conduct regular client meetings, pitchbusiness solutions, and present pitch decks. Prepare pricingproposals, send quotes, and manage contract negotiations. Maintainup-to-date client history records and provide sales activitytracking reports. Travel extensively (up to 60%) to meet clientsand support project execution. Collaborate with variousdepartments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, toensure seamless delivery of solutions. Stay abreast of industrytrends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, orrelated engineering field preferred 2. Proven track record in B2Bsales, particularly in heavy machinery, industrial, andmanufacturing sectors 3. Strong technical background andunderstanding of industrial solutions, including tension loadcells, stressometers, and edge detection systems 4 5 6. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability totravel extensively and work independently. Familiarity with CRMplatforms such as Salesforce is a plus 7.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in selling industrial solutions to heavy industryclients, including metal, steel, cement, aluminum, aggregates, andchemicals 8. Background in developing and maintaining territories,with a focus on custom sales against competition 9. Strong businessdevelopment skills and a hunter mentality for seeking new businessopportunities 10 11.
