Summary This role is centered on building relationships, motivating others, and driving results through collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing commercial and industrial contractor accounts to drive sales and expand business opportunities. Promote the company’s sales strategies and initiatives, accurately recording all IMARK activities to align with corporate goals. Collaborate with Inline Electric Supply teams and supplier representatives to develop effective sales strategies and issue resolution practices. Manage the order process by sourcing materials, placing orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment. Maintain profitability and sales quotas while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Stay up to date with product specifications, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, inventory levels, and value-added services. Exercise independent decision-making and problem-solving to align with the company’s marketing and sales objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager or leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Self-motivated and proactive with a strong ability to work independently and in team settings. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently. Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Prior knowledge of electrical materials and industry trends is preferred.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. No history of drug or alcohol abuse. Previous experience in sales, account management, or the electrical supply industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with climbing, grasping, reaching, and crouching as needed. Ability to travel up to 10% for customer meetings, site visits, or industry events. Strong visual acuity for reading product details and order information. What We Offer ??
