Sales Professional Prestige Home Centers, Inc. 3250 Highway 77, Panama City, FL 32405 Housing Consultant Prestige Home Centers, Inc. is looking for an additional housing consultant at our factory-owned, manufactured home sales center in Panama City, FL. This is a great career opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company. We are a very strong, public held company with over 57 years in business. Our factory is located in Ocala, FL (Nobility Homes) and we have 10 model centers throughout the state. Training is provided and systems are in place for you to reach your maximum potential. Requirements Valid driver’s license High School Diploma GED (General Equivalency Diploma) Ability to work full time, including weekends and some holidays (40 hours or more) Outgoing, positive personality with the capacity to communicate effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Must have personal initiative to complete work in a timely manner Experience in customer service or sales Duties include walking, climbing stairs, sitting, answering phones, and general computer operating skills. Other duties may be required as needed.
Responsibilities:
Presenting and selling manufactured and modular homes Assisting the customer with obtaining appropriate home financing Project Management before, during, and after the home delivery
