Inside Sales Rep (ISR) Norwill Inc Jacksonville, FL Job Details Full-time $35,000 – $80,000 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Microsoft Excel Sales Computer skills Typing Communication skills Marketing Entry level Full Job Description The “Inside Sales Representative” (“ISR”) position is in the business of outbound phone marketing in an effort to generate appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives to give no cost or obligations demonstrations of our solutions to prospective business owners in the Southeast (FL, GA & SC). Our reps work on a very powerful web hosted dialing platform and are expected to make 250+ dials daily. Our organization will provide all training, scripts and tools needed to excel. This position requires a high energy, upbeat, assertive and optimistic personality. The individual must be very goal driven, determined to win, willing to combat the “not interested” feedback and have an emphasis on learning the provided materials. This role doesn’t do any selling of products and services but rather creates a receptive prospect to the products and services we offer and sets an appointment that meets company set qualifications. This is a very fun and energizing role with large earning potential and huge growth room.
Compensation:
$50,000 – $80,000 Annually ($35,000 Base (Hrly) + Commissions + Bonuses + Paid Performance Incentives + Daily/Weekly Money Games) We offer a full suite of benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, etc.

M-F 8:00AM-5:00
PM Experience Requirements:
This role requires knowledge with sales & marketing, as well as, a willingness to learn new materials and scripts. A strong understanding with typing and general computer skills, clear and strong communication skills, organizational skill and a very solution minded positive attitude is essential along with general calendar and email skills. Duties (include but not limited to) : Making 250+ Dials Daily in Calling App Generate 4+ Qualified Appointments per Week (after training and acclimation period of 6-8 weeks) Filing and Organization Callbacks of Leads in a Strategic Fashion Attending Workshops, Trainings and Meetings (Daily and Weekly) Learning & Mastering Scripts and Materials Ability to Present in a Group Setting Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, no nights or weekends
