• 4:30 PM + Every Other Saturday Cisco Flooring is looking for two energetic, bilingual Counter Sales Representatives to join our Tampa team!

If you have flooring sales experience and can communicate fluently in English and Spanish, this could be the perfect fit. ️

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, guiding them through flooring selections
• Recommend products like hardwood, tile, vinyl, and laminate based on customer needs
• Measure and calculate flooring requirements, prepare quotes, and process orders
• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Use your product knowledge to upsell underlayment, adhesives, and trims
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, installers, and customer service to complete orders
• Handle payments, invoices, returns, and special orders
• Track leads, follow up with customers, and maintain strong client relationships
• Support inventory control by helping with receiving and stocking materials

What You’ll Need:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
• Flooring or home improvement counter sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to measure accurately and perform basic math
• Familiarity with POS systems, tablets, and MS Office
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and professional with a team-first attitude

• Experience working with contractors and trade professionals
