THE OPPORTUNITY

At Pipeline Medical, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and accelerating company growth. As a Business Development Associate (Hunter), your mission will be to identify, target, and acquire new clients, turning prospects into long-term partners from Physician offices, surgical centers, Aesthetic clinics or Pharmacies. You’ll be responsible for proactively seeking out new business opportunities, understanding the unique needs of potential clients, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your ability to build relationships from the ground up, negotiate effectively, and close deals will directly contribute to our success. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure a seamless experience for every new client you bring on board. RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calls, networking, email campaigns, and attending industry events. Understand the needs of potential clients and present tailored solutions that align with Pipeline Medical’s offerings. Build and nurture relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the sales manager. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a “hunter” sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling to physician offices or surgical centers . Proven track record in hard selling and driving business growth through the sale of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, or aesthetics (a plus). Experience selling products rather than services. Familiarity with distributor networks . Experience working with GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) , either currently or in the past (a plus). Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in the healthcare industry or B2B sales is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with Zoho CRM and other Zoho sales tools.
