Field Sales & Inspection Agent Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and professional Field Sales & Inspection Agent to join our team. This full-time, client-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting with homeowners and business owners, and providing insurance-related support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial clients in the field (not office-based) Build and maintain strong client relationships Promote services and assist with insurance-related inspections Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and team members
Qualifications:
Active 6-20 or 3-20 insurance license required Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems Strong work ethic, reliability, and a career-driven mindset Comfortable with local travel and field-based work
