What You’ll Do:

As our Freight Broker, you’ll be the linchpin connecting our clients with tailored solutions primarily United States Postal Service. You’ll leverage the network of carriers and industry know-how to negotiate rates, secure capacity, and orchestrate the flawless movement of freight across the nation. Your keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving will shine as you anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions.

Our expectations:

Proven experience in 3PL industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments. Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to logistics and sales. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Passion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced energetic environment.
