Summary of Description:

The Inside Sales Representative – Cleaning Services (ISR-CS) sells cleaning services to new, previous, and existing customers. They ensure all sales calls are answered, provided leads are developed, and that all cleaning sales opportunities are presented in a way in which sales are converted. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process and demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism during inquiries and follow-up with potential cleaning customers.

Essential Functions:

Answers inbound call, text, and/or email inquiries with speed, providing information about cleaning services that resonates with each unique customer and their needs Works provided leads and executes sales strategies to achieves sales targets Recommends products and/or services to effectively address customer needs for complete pool protection Ensures all calls, text, or emails are answered in real time, with accuracy and efficiency, to convert leads to sales Follows up on missed opportunities to re-engage customer for cleaning sales Negotiates and closes sales, ensuring accurate pricing of services and/or products Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline Establishes a consistent sales pipeline and follows up on any non-converted cleaning sales opportunities within 24 hours Creates repair leads from converted cleaning sales to ensure customers achieve complete pool health Achieves agreed upon sales targets and key performance metrics consistently Continuously improves sales techniques and processes through training, feedback, and coaching Performs other tasks related to selling cleaning services, as needed

Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma required 2+ years of experience in inside sales or similar Proficiency in CRM software and

Microsoft Office Suite Competencies/Skills:
Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong sales closing and overcoming objections skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

Sales Acumen:

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Customer Focus:

Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide creative solutions that meet those needs

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
