We work with wellness brands to launch high quality products efficiently, and we’re looking for a sales rep who can connect our capabilities with the right clients. What You’ll Do You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing. Whether you’re connecting with startup brands or established players, you’ll help clients bring their supplements to market smoothly and successfully. Key Responsibilities Identify and close new B2B opportunities in the supplement and wellness space Present manufacturing capabilities to brand owners, private label clients, and entrepreneurs Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication Draft proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements with clarity and accuracy Partner with internal teams (formulation, production, fulfillment) to support each project from start to finish Maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track pipeline, conversions, and key metrics Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and competitor offerings Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed What We’re Looking For 2+ years of B2B sales experience—ideally in supplements, manufacturing, contract packaging, or nutraceuticals Comfortable explaining product formulation, packaging, and compliance—or open to learning quickly Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can manage a full sales pipeline Familiarity with CRM tools like
HubSpot or Salesforce Bonus:
existing relationships in the supplement, wellness, or CPG industries Compensation Competitive base salary + commission [
