As a Summer Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to business growth. This position offers competitive base pay along with performance-based commissions ranging from $850 to $1,000. It’s the perfect role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and is looking to gain professional experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Identify opportunities for upselling or renewals Accurately track customer information and interactions Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business goals
