384510 We’re hiring a driven Field Sales & Inspection Agent! This is a full-time B2B role for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

Work out in the field (not in an office) visiting residential & commercial clients. Build relationships with homeowners and business owners. Promote services and assist clients with insurance-related inspections. Communicate clearly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

Must hold an active 6-20 or 3-20 insurance license . Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Strong sales or customer service background (2+ years). Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems). Hardworking, reliable, and career-driven. Comfortable with travel and a “road warrior” lifestyle.

Base salary : $40K-$45K + monthly performance bonuses (first-year earnings can hit $100K+). Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO).
