Regenative Labs, a leading biomedical company and producer of Wharton’s Jelly allografts, is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Medical Sales Representative and Distributor. In this position, you will be responsible for introducing and promoting our cutting-edge medical technology to various medical providers, with a specific focus on- Spine / Orthopedics / Functional Medicine / Pain Management /
Podiatry Responsibilities:
Educate medical providers about our products. Engage with multiple doctors per day to promote and sell our products. Provide consultation and training to doctors on product utilization and marketing strategies. Identify and establish strong relationships with key contacts and decision-makers. Develop a customer-specific account management approach, identifying new business and growth opportunities. Work towards achieving or exceeding sales objectives. Collect feedback from customers about potential new products and relay it to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain knowledge of the competitive market, products, and industry trends. Utilize available internal sales support and marketing resources to drive sales. Work with product managers to identify new opportunities and generate leads. Analyze current sales performance and market trends territory accurately. Network and negotiate effectively with professionals to close deals and increase customer retention.
Qualifications:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field, specifically in the private practice sector. Previous experience in medical sales, particularly with cash pay models, is highly desirable. Post-collegiate experience in the life science industry is advantageous. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Strong networking and negotiation skills. General business skills, including time management, organization, and decision-making. Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
