Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging in-home sales presentations, building rapport and educating customers on our high-quality window products and services. Effectively identify customer needs and utilize our proven sales system to close deals. Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Cultivate internal partnerships and network within the local community to generate new business opportunities. This may include attending local events or working with community organizations.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Strong computer and basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (for handling samples, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, results-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic. A desire to succeed and contribute to a team is essential. Prior sales experience, especially in home improvement or a related field, is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
