Route Sales Representative (Driver) Bilingual- Engish & Spanish Valentini Ice Cream 4071 West 108th Street, Hialeah, FL 33018 Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving designated routes to deliver products and provide exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively, upsell products, and maintain organized records will be crucial to your success. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you! Duties Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Sell and upsell products during each visit, ensuring customers are aware of new offerings and promotions. Manage inventory effectively to meet customer needs. Communicate clearly with customers regarding product pricing, availability, and promotions. Handle transactions accurately and maintain records of sales activities. Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Experience with supermarkets preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to drive safely and navigate assigned routes effectively. Familiarity with route driving practices Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
