  • Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Educate prospective and existing customers on insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and in-person conversations
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage
  • Build lasting customer relationships and manage client accounts
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Deliver excellent service while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor
  • Utilize agency CRM systems to track leads, update customer records, and manage pipeline
  • Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and team-building activities
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based environment
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold an Illinois Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (paid training and licensing assistance provided
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, calendar management, etc.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments, online questionnaire, and screening interview
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Polish, or other languages) (strong plus
