Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Educate prospective and existing customers on insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and in-person conversations
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage
- Build lasting customer relationships and manage client accounts
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Deliver excellent service while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor
- Utilize agency CRM systems to track leads, update customer records, and manage pipeline
- Participate in sales meetings, ongoing training, and team-building activities

Qualifications:
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based environment
- Ability to obtain or currently hold an Illinois Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (paid training and licensing assistance provided
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, calendar management, etc.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment assessments, online questionnaire, and screening interview
- Bilingual (Spanish, Polish, or other languages) (strong plus
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred
- Familiarity with insurance, financial products, or a CRM platform (strong plus)
