In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers through outbound and warm calling strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively utilize software tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track sales activities. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up with leads generated from marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and update lead information. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions. Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to inform management decisions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a focus on outbound calling strategies. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping clients find the right solutions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical sales experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn about our products is essential.
