This is a contractor position with the strong potential to grow into a permanent role based on performance. Our Coach Certification Program trains passionate leaders to bring this mission to their communities. Position Overview As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective coach candidates, responsible for nurturing leads and booking discovery calls. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring seamless handoff to our Certification Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Nurturing Initiate proactive outreach to leads via phone, email, text, and possibly social platforms. Qualify inbound and outbound leads for fit and interest in the certification program. Keep leads warm through consistent, value-driven follow-up. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination Schedule and confirm discovery calls for the Sales Manager. Send reminders, manage cancellations/reschedules, and ensure a smooth booking experience. Conduct interviews and coordinate timely handoffs with detailed CRM notes. CRM & Performance Tracking Keep meticulous records in HubSpot-lead status, call notes, and follow-ups. Monitor key metrics like appointment conversion rates and responsiveness. Identify and escalate hot leads for priority handling. Administrative & Sales Team Support Report daily and weekly on activity, bookings, and funnel performance. Collaborate on refining lead workflows and boosting conversion efficiency. Assist with virtual/live event coordination and follow-up scheduling. Qualifications & Skills Required 1-2 years experience in sales support, appointment setting, or customer service. Exceptional communication skills-especially phone etiquette and written follow-up. Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Motivated self-starter with strong organization and follow-through. Preferred Background in health, wellness, fitness, or online education. Familiarity with Kajabi, Slack, or similar communication tools.
