What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll: Meet with homeowners to introduce our services and explain how we can help improve their homes. Learn to conduct basic home inspections (don’t worry – we’ll teach you how). Offer personalized recommendations based on each customer’s needs. Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process. Use our tools (like our CRM system) to track progress and stay organized. Work closely with our experienced team to ensure a great customer experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for individuals who are: Motivated, friendly, and eager to learn – no previous sales experience required. Confident in speaking with people and building rapport. Reliable, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule. Able to travel locally for in-person appointments (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation). Comfortable with light physical activity (like climbing a ladder for roof inspections – we’ll train you on safety).
