Sales Design Consultant Position Available In St. Johns, Florida

Sales Design Consultant J Turner Design Co. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 Job Summary We are seeking a sales professional to join our team. On a weekly basis this position will work primarily in our Ponte Vedra location, and in St. Augustine as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process, helping them to visualize and realize their ideal spaces. You will leverage your customer service and sales skills to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions that enhance their experience. Consistent follow up and closing of sales. Duties Collaborate with clients to assess their design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and product options that align with client goals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and design techniques. Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of designs. Conduct follow-up consultations to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments. Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services effectively. Visual merchandising of the store Closing sales Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a design or retail environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly. Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with design software or tools is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for interior design or related fields is highly desirable.
