We are seeking motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as an In-Home Sales Representative to help us continue to grow and offer top-notch services to our customers.

Position Overview:

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the sales process by meeting with prospective customers on preset appointments in their homes, assessing their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and guide clients through their purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers, assessing their needs and offering relevant product solutions. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers in an engaging and informative manner. Provide accurate product pricing, delivery timelines, and financing options. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and team goals. Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely appointments and follow-ups. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide after-sales support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, in an in-home or face-to-face sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively. Comfortable working with technology (Excel, CRM systems, tablets, etc.). Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
