Position Overview:
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties . This is a full-time, on-the-road position focused on visiting customers daily and building long-term relationships. You will be responsible for a minimum of 15 in-person visits per day , ensuring our clients receive the attention, product information, and service they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit existing and prospective customers across your assigned territory every day. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients. Actively promote and sell EVOLV’s range of products. Provide in-person product knowledge, samples, and demonstrations. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Generate new business through field prospecting. Maintain detailed records of visits, sales activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong time management abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field. English required; Spanish is a plus.
